LOCATION AND FUNCTION OF CONTROLS
GB Safety Information Use the device only for the intended purpose. The device should be installed in such a way that existing ventilation holes are not covered. Never open the housing of the device. • PI MUTE/PI SOUND (only for radio operation) If you are in an area where two programme identifications (PI) overlap, you can select the option PI SOUND and PI MUTE for playback of the sound. The sound of another station is suppressed.
GB • LOUD ON/LOUD OFF Switching the LOUDNESS function on and off. When the volume is low the LOUDNESS function (LOUD) expands the sound characteristics by increasing the treble and bass sounds. • STEREO/MONO switching (only possible during radio operation). • LOCAL/DX (EON) (only available during radio operation) Your radio can receive RDS EON data. The term „EON“ signifies the transmission of additional station information within a station chain, e.g. WDR.
4. BND button Press the BND button briefly to switch between the 3 FM bands. The designation of the corresponding level - FM1, FM2, FM3 - is shown in the LCD. In CD mode the FOLDER, TITEL, ARTIST and ALBUM are displayed (only if the medium contains ID3-tag information). 5. I / I Buttons TUNE, SEEK, TRACK, SKIP UP/DOWN a) In radio mode: Press the I or I button briefly to tune into a radio station manually. Keep the I or I button pressed down in order to start searching for a radio station.

b) CD/MP3 Operation • Press the 1 II button to interrupt playback of the CD (pause function). Press this button again to continue listening to the CD/MP3. • Press the 2INT button. Each track on the CD is played for 10 seconds. Press this button again to stop searching. The currently selected track is played. • Press the 3RPT button. The track currently being played is repeated. Press this button again to cancel this function. • Press the 4RDM button. The CD tracks are played at random.

Wählen Sie TA ALARM, erhalten Sie eine Warnmeldung im Display, sobald Sie unter der TA Funktion einen Sender eingestellt haben, der keine Verkehrsfunkinformationen übermittelt. • PI MUTE/PI SOUND (nur für Radiobetrieb) Sollten Sie sich in einem Gebiet bewegen indem sich zwei Programm Identifikationen (PI) überschneiden, können Sie für die Wiedergabe die Option PI SOUND und PI MUTE wählen. D • DSP (Equalizer) Im DSP können Sie die Equalizereinstellungen FLAT, POP M, CLASSICS, und ROCK, wählen. Wählen Sie DSP OFF um eigene Einstellungen vorzunehmen. Siehe auch Pkt. 3a. • LOUD ON/LOUD OFF Ein- und Ausschalten der LOUDNESS-Funktion. Im niedrigen Lautstärkebereich wird mit der Funktion LOUDNESS (LOUD) das Klangbild erweitert. Höhen und Bässe werden angehoben.
• 4. VOL LAST/VOL ADJ VOL LAST: Das Radio schaltet sich mit der zuletzt tatsächlich eingestellten Lautstärke ein. VOL ADJ: Drücken Sie erneut die Taste SEL, A - - VOL erscheint im Display. Mit dem VOL-Multifunktionsknopf können Sie die gewünschte Einschaltlautstärke auswählen. Ein-/ Ausschaltknopf Zum Einschalten des Gerätes diese Taste drücken. WELCOME erscheint im Display. Möchten Sie noch weitere Sender im FM-Band suchen drücken Sie die BND-Taste um auf das FM2 bzw. FM3 Band zu wechseln. Drücken Sie die A.P-Taste erneut länger als eine Sekunde, um die weitere Suche zu starten. b) Anspielfunktion: Nach kurzem Drücken der A.P-Taste spielt das Radio alle voreingestellten Sender des Frequenzbandes an.

Mit den Stationstasten 5 bzw. 6 kann um jeweils 10 Titel herunter bzw.
