Cold Climate Recommendation

When installing this fireplace against an exterior wall or chase, it is recommended that the outer walls be

insulated to conform to applicable insulation codes. Drywall must be installed over vapor barrier and

insulation material to prevent direct contact with the appliance.

Place Wall Thimble Shield Z57WTS against

the Wall Thimble Immediately above the

Vent. Install the Wall Thimble Shield using [3]

DT Screws.
