INSTALLING YOUR APPLIANCE Select Location The proper location will ensure peak performance of your appliance. We recommend a location where the unit will be out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources. To ensure your product performs to specifications, the recommended installation location temperature range is from 55 to 100°F (13 to 38°C). Front Grille, keep this area open. Cabinet Clearance Ventilation is required from the bottom front of the appliance.

They can be hazardous and can degrade product performance. • This appliance should not, under any circumstances, be installed to an un-grounded electrical supply. • Do not remove the grounding prong from the power cord. A confirm tone will sound, and the current storage compartment temperature will be displayed. ALARM RESET Starting your appliance: Plug the appliance power cord into a 115 volt wall outlet.
USING YOUR ELECTRONIC CONTROL - INDOOR MODELS Factors that affect the storage compartment stabilized temperature: • Changes to temperature setting. • Room temperature changes. • Temperature of stored contents. - Loading warm contents. - Cold content load will delay the change to a warmer set-point temperature. - Warm content load will delay the change to a colder set-point temperature. • Usage, (number and duration of the door openings).
USING YOUR ELECTRONIC CONTROL - INDOOR MODELS Power Failure • Control lock: The control panel can be locked to avoid unintentional changes. To lock the control, press and hold the "Lock" keypad until the display reads "Loc" then immediately release your finger from the keypad. The lock icon will flash 3-times and then continuously illuminate. When the control panel is locked, only the Lock keypad, System Status OK indicator , and the Alarm indicator are active.
USING YOUR ELECTRONIC CONTROL - INDOOR MODELS This alarm condition can be reset by momentarily pressing the "On/Off" keypad. If this alarm occurs it is recommended that you check the condition of your stored contents, even though the appliance is operating normally and the temperature has recovered, as prolonged temperature excursions could spoil perishables. Your beer dispenser will begin cooling after power is applied. If your beer dispenser does not start, check that the beer dispenser is turned on and the set temperature is cold enough.
OVERLAY DOOR PANEL INSTALLATION If you purchased an overlay panel model, your unit is equipped with articulated hinges to allow fully integrated built-in installations. Custom panel thicknesses of 5⁄8" (15 mm) and 3⁄4" (18 mm) are accommodated. ! ! WARNING Use extreme caution with the articulated hinges. The hinge is self closing and many pinch points exist prior to built-in installation. Do not remove the cabinet "Z" bracket from the top of the cabinet.
OVERLAY DOOR PANEL INSTALLATION Step 2: Remove the door gasket With the door laying on a flat surface and starting at a corner of the door, remove the magnetic door gasket from the interior side of the door, see Figure 16. Set the gasket aside on a flat surface. There are 10 holes in the gasket retainer extrusions, (3 on each side and 2 at the top and bottom which are used to fasten the panel to the front of the door. The screws are provided in the literature pack. Overlay panel flush with top of door.

OVERLAY DOOR PANEL INSTALLATION ! CAUTION Step 5: Install the door Weight of overlay door panel must not exceed 15 pounds (6.8 kg) for a solid door model. Step 4: Assemble the panel to the door The preferred method of attaching the panel to the door is to clamp the panel to the door so it cannot move while drilling the screw pilot holes. Use bar clamps or "C" clamps with pads on the clamping surfaces that will not mar the panel or the door.
USING YOUR BEVERAGE DISPENSER Shelving The unit is shipped with the (2) shelves taped in place in the upper and the lower shelf positions. Remove them from the refrigerator and arrange them as follows when setting up your unit. If you are using a quarter barrel of beer, you can add shelf space for keeping your mugs chilled. The quarter barrel must set on the floor, it cannot fit on the shelf, see Figure 25.
USING YOUR BEVERAGE DISPENSER This beer dispensing unit will support one half (1⁄2) barrel or one quarter (1⁄4) barrel. The double draft tower units can support two sixth (1⁄6) barrels of beer. See chart below for quantity of beer in each barrel size. Hooking up the keg coupler to the keg: Verify the coupler is in the "OFF" position (see Figure 42a).Align the lugs on the keg with the corresponding openings on the keg coupler and turn clockwise until the coupler stops (about 90°). Push down and twist the top of the coupler clockwise to allow gas to enter the keg. USING YOUR BEVERAGE DISPENSER Optional gas tank external mounting bracket: The optional mounting bracket is designed to hold the 5# gas cylinder that comes with the beer dispenser. Larger cylinders may be purchased from a third party and mounted externally. Use the hole port on the rear of the cabinet to run the gas line to the keg. ! CAUTION If the gas tank is placed on the floor it must be secured in the upright position with a chain or other means to prevent it from being tipped over.
USING YOUR BEVERAGE DISPENSER Gas Regulator (Single Dispense Tower) Your beer dispenser comes equipped with a 5 pound gas tank and a single gauge regulator. The gauge reads the pressure being supplied to the beer keg. Follow the procedure below to adjust the pressure: 12-14 psi for lager beer 9-12 psi for ale's 3-8 psi for still wines 20-40 psi for sparkling wines To adjust the pressure (Single Gauge): 1. Close the shutoff valve at the bottom of the regulator. 2.
USING YOUR BEVERAGE DISPENSER AND CARE AND CLEANING Drain kit (All Models): The drain kit is shipped in Push faucet handle back toward tower to close the faucet place and ready to use. To empty: Pull drain hose out of bottle cap, remove bottle from unit, unscrew cap and discard waste and rinse bottle. Reinstall bottle in unit.
CARE AND CLEANING Cleaning and Maintaining Dispensing System Faucet Cleaning The dispensing system needs to be cleaned between usage to prevent spoilage and/or foul taste in your beer. Turn off the gas supply with the shutoff valve(s) under the regulator (see Figure 46 or Figure 47) and open the faucet to relieve the pressure. To remove the faucet from the tower use the spanner wrench provided. Place the pin on the wrench into the hole on the faucet collar and turn clockwise P to remove the faucet.
CARE AND CLEANING Tap Cleaning Kit This is an optional item (part number 42242373) Kit includes everything to quickly clean tap. Includes cleaning solution, pump, mixing bottle, brush and wrench. Front Grille Be sure that nothing obstructs the required air flow openings in front of the cabinet. At least once or twice a year, brush or vacuum lint and dirt from the front grille area (see page 4).
CARE AND CLEANING Long term storage / winterization: 1. Time to Winterize, when the daily low ambient temperature is at or below 38F. ! CAUTION Operating of the unit at ambient temperatures below the recommended Winterization temperature will void your warranty. Front grille 2. Turn unit off, (see page 9). 3. Remove all contents. 4. CARE AND CLEANING 1. Leave door open and allow to completely dry out before closing door. 2. Thoroughly clean the door gasket with anti-bacterial cleaner to be followed with clean rinse water to remove any residual chemicals. 3. Thoroughly clean the exterior with a cleaner approved for stainless steel . Do not use any abrasive cleaners or scouring pads. 4. Any mounting hardware / fasteners that are showing signs of corrosion should be replaced. 5.
STAINLESS STEEL MAINTENANCE AND ENERGY SAVING TIPS Background NOTE Stainless steel does not stain, corrode, or rust as easily as ordinary steel, but it is not stain or corrosion proof. Stainless steels can discolor or corrode if not maintained properly. Stainless steel products should never be installed, or stored in close proximity to chlorine chemicals. Stainless steels differ from ordinary carbon steels by the amount of chromium present.

UTILISATION DE VOTRE COMMANDE ÉLECTRONIQUE - MODÈLES D'INTÉRIEUR Power Failure Verrouillage des commandes : • Le panneau de commandes peut être verrouillé pour éviter des changements inopinés. Pour verrouiller les commandes, actionnez la commande de verrouillage (symbôle de verrouillage) et maintenez-la appuyée jusqu’à ce que l’afficheur montre «Loc», puis immédiatement relâchez l’appui. L’icône de verrou va clignoter trois fois puis rester allumée.

Votre distributeurs de bière commencera à refroidir une fois qu’il est sous tension.
INSTALLATION DE PANNEAU DE REVÊTEMENT DE PORTE Si vous avez acheté un modèle à panneau de revêtement, votre réfrigérateur est équipé de charnières articulées pour permettre des installations complètement encastrées. Des épaisseurs de panneau de 5⁄8 po (15 mm) et 3⁄4 po (18 mm) sont acceptées. ! Utilisez une extrême prudence avec les charnières articulées. La charnière se referme toute seule et il existe de nombreux points de pinçage avant l’installation encastrée.
INSTALLATION DE PANNEAU DE REVÊTEMENT DE PORTE Étape 2 : Dépose du joint de porte Avec la porte reposant sur une surface plane, et en partant d’un des ses angles, ôtez le joint de porte magnétique de la face intérieure de la porte (Voyez la Figure 16). Mettez de côté ce joint sur une surface plane. Il y a 10 trous dans les extrusions de retenue de joint (3 de chaque côté et 2 en haut et en bas) qui sont utilisés pour fixer le panneau dur l’avant de la porte.

INSTALLATION DE PANNEAU DE REVÊTEMENT DE PORTE ! ATTENTION Étape 5 : Installez la porte Le poids du revêtement de porte ne doit pas dépasser 15 lb (6,8 kg) pour un modèle à porte pleine. Étape 4 : Assemblez le panneau sur la porte La méthode préférée pour fixer le panneau sur la porte est de le tenir dessus par serre-joints pour éviter tout déplacement durant le perçage d’avant-trous.
UTILISATION DE VOTRE DISTRIBUTEUR DE BOISSON Rangement L’appareil est livré avec deux (2) étagères fixées par bande en position la plus haute et la plus basse. Sortez-les et disposez-les comme suit quand vous configurerez votre distributeur. Si vous utilisez un quart de baril de bière (fût de 29,33 L), vous pouvez ajouter un espace sur étagère pour garder vos chopes glacées. Le fût d’un quart de baril doit reposer sur le fond, il ne peut pas tenir sur l’étagère (Voyez la Figure 25).
UTILISATION DE VOTRE DISTRIBUTEUR DE BOISSON Le distributeur de bière peut supporter un baril d’un demi (1/2) ou d’un quart (1/4) de gallon. Les distributeurs doubles de bière pression peuvent supporter deux barils de bière d’un sixième (1/6) de gallon. Consultez le tableau cidessous pour la quantité de bière de chaque taille de baril.

UTILISATION DE VOTRE DISTRIBUTEUR DE BOISSON 8. Positionnez la bouteille de gaz dans l’angle du réfrigérateur comme c’est montré en Figure 41 et attachezla avec la chaîne. Repousser la poignée de robinet en arrière vers la tour pour fermer le robinet. 9. Accrochez le coupleur sur le fût : Vérifiez que le coupleur est en position fermée (voyez la Figure 42a).
UTILISATION DE VOTRE DISTRIBUTEUR DE BOISSON Support optionnel de montage pour bouteille extérieure de gaz Ôtez le bouchon en mousse du trou de hublot Le support optionnel de montage est conçu pour maintenir la bouteille de gaz N° 5 qui est livrée avec le distributeur de bière. Des bouteilles plus grosses peuvent être achetées ailleurs et placées extérieurement. Utilisez le trou de hublot à l’arrière du meuble pour passer la conduite de gaz jusqu’au fût.

Le manomètre indique la pression qui est envoyée au fût de bière.
UTILISATION DE VOTRE DISTRIBUTEUR DE BOISSON ET ENTRETIEN ET NETTOYAGE Kit de drainage (tous modèles) : Le kit de drainage Repoussez la poignet de robinet en arrière vers la tour pour fermer le robinet. est envoyé déjà en place et prêt à l’emploi. Pour vider : Tirez le tuyau de drainage hors du capuchon de bouteille, enlevez la bouteille du meuble, dévissez son capuchon et rincez la bouteille. Réinstallez la bouteille dans le meuble.
ENTRETIEN ET NETTOYAGE Nettoyage et entretien du système de distribution Nettoyage de robinet Le système de distribution a besoin d’être nettoyé entre ses utilisations pour éviter du gaspillage et/ou un mauvais goût pour la bière. Nettoyage du coupleur de fût Sortez le coupleur de fût hors du fût si nécessaire. Fermez la/les vanne(s) de gaz sous le régulateur, Faites tremper dans de l’eau chaude ou une solution assainissante et brossez le coupleur de fût.
ET ENTRETIEN ET NETTOYAGE Kit de nettoyage de robinet C’est un article optionnel (N° de pièce 42242373), ce kit inclut tout ce qu’il faut pour nettoyer rapidement la robinetterie. Solution de nettoyage, pompe, bouteille pour mélange, brosse et clé. Grille frontale Assurez-vous que rien n’obstrue les ouvertures pour flux d’air requises à l’avant de l’armoire.
ENTRETIEN ET NETTOYAGE Entreposage de longue durée / préparation à l’hivernage : 1. C’est le moment de préparer à l’hivernage quand le minimum de température ambiante descend sous les 38°F (3,3 °C) ! ATTENTION Faire fonctionner l’appareil à des températures inférieures à ce seuil d’hivernage recommandé annulerait la garantie. Grille frontale Figure 55 2. Arrêtez l’appareil (voir en page 9). 3. Nettoyez toutes les surfaces de l’intérieur avec un produit nettoyant antibactérien, et poursuivez par un rinçage à l’eau claire pour éliminer tous les résidus de produits chimiques qui pourraient tacher. N’utilisez pas de produits nettoyants abrasifs ni de tampons à récurer. • Enlevez le protecteur en plastique de fond et la protection du bord inférieur en acier inox pour nettoyer en-dessous. 2. Laissez la porte ouverte et attendez le séchage complet avant de la refermer. 3.
ENTRETIEN DE L’ACIER INOX ET CONSEILS POUR L’ÉCONOMIE D’ÉNERGIE Une fois que les surfaces en acier inox ont été soigneusement nettoyées, une cire automobile de bonne qualité peut y être appliquée pour maintenir la finition. Remarque : Les produits en acier inox ne doivent jamais être installés ou entreposés à proximité de produits chimiques à base de chlore.
