Product Warranty Information
The Mascot Hardware Limited Lifetime Warranty is a statement of confidence to our
customers to the reliability of products, which are designed and manufactured to the highest
standards in quality, style, appearance and durability. This warranty reflects a tradition of excellence
and a commitment to superior manufacturing, innovative design and craftsmanship dedicated to
you, our customer. This warranty is our pledge to you that we will proudly stand behind our products
for as long as you own it.
Mascot Hardware Limited Warranty
Mascot Hardware warrants for ONE (1) year from the date of purchase that the product will be
free from defects in material or workmanship. Mascot Hardware also warrants the finish on its product
against tarnishing for one year from the date of purchase. The warranty described herein shall not apply
to any products which have been subject to misuse, negligence, accident or have been altered or repaired
by persons other than Mascot Hardware. This warranty shall run solely to the first residential user and is
nontransferable.
This warranty DOES NOT COVER scratches; abrasions; deterioration due to the use of paints,
solvents or other chemicals; abuse; misuse; or product(s) used in commercial applications.
Care of Your Product
Mascot hardware cabinet knobs should only be cleaned with a soft cloth dampened with clear
water and wiped dry with a cloth. Water or soap residue should not be left on the product as chemicals
and minerals contained within will eventually violate the protective coating and attack the finish. Do not
use harsh cleaners or waxes to clean the product as these will also attack the protective finish and void
the warranty. Mascot Hardware cabinet knobs are designed for indoor use only.
