CONVERSION INSTRUCTIONS
Adjust valve model control screw
5. Re-install the burners
Make sure the orices are aligned with the
burners and the ignition pins are installed
in their original positions. Check the sparks
before operating your grill. (Fig. 66)
6. Reassemble remaining parts
After making all of the conversions, put
heat tents back in the burner box, followed
by the grids and warming racks. (Fig. 67)
7. Change to 10 ft. NG hose
Take the regulator off from the manifold
and replace it with 10-ft. natural gas hose
(A). Please make sure the hose is securely
fastened. (Fig. 68)
8. Adjust the screw in each valve hole
using the slotted screwdriver (C).
In #0221886/#0006554 NG model,
turn screws two complete turns
counterclockwise.
Make sure to completely tighten the
screws. Failure to tighten the screws will
result in the low heat setting working
improperly. (Fig. 69)
9. To complete conversion, re-install all knobs.
