How to Install

Installation: (Bolts not included - 3/8in (10mm) Carriage Bolts recommended)

1. Select location for hasp and align.

2. Align the right half of the hasp first (most applications) to allow for proper opening and

closing.

3. Mark drill holes.

4. Check location marks to confirm horizontal alignment.

5. Drill holes and attach right half first, using 3/8in (10mm) stainless steel carriage bolts (washer

and nut)* lightly tighten each with even torque.

6. Repeat steps 1-4 for installing left half. Once proper alignment is achieved for both halves,

tighten each with even torque (do not over tighten, crimping of material may occur).

7. Install the padlock.

* Note: Different length carriage bolt sizes may be needed for different applications. A 1/4in

(6mm) gap is recommended for most applications.
