Disassembly 2 1 Power cord Remove the meat probe. 3 Unplug the four cords from the back of the digital control panel. 4 Remove warming racks and grease tray. Remove grill grates. 6 5 Remove bottom tray assembly. Loosen the screws in the side of the grill that are holding the shelf in place. Pull the shelf up off the screws to remove it.

Disassembly 8 7 Remove heat manifold support. Slide the manifold away from hopper and remove it. 10 9 Remove intake slides. Remove hopper lid and latch. 12 11 Remove hopper door assembly. Remove the ash tray and charcoal grate.

Disassembly 14 13 Remove the bottom front heat shield. Remove bottom rear heat shield. 15 16 Disconnect hopper and fan wires. Remove the 2 screws from the bottom of the hopper. 18 17 Remove top hopper heat shield. Remove the hopper.

Disassembly 20 19 Remove the leg and shelf assembly. Remove the grill lid assembly. Assembly 1. Screw the lid onto the body (see step 22). 2. Screw in the leg assembly to the new grill body (see step 21). 3. Screw in the hopper to the grill’s body using four (4) screws (see step 20). 4. Screw in the top hopper heat shields to the main body of the hopper using M4x10 screws (see step 19). 5. Attach hopper cart support (see step 18). 7. Re-connect hopper and fan wires (see step 15). 8.
