Disassembly

Remove the meat probe. Unplug the four cords from the back of the digital control panel.

Remove warming racks and grease tray.

Loosen the screws in the side of the grill that are holding the
shelf in place. Pull the shelf up off the screws to remove it.

Remove grill grates.
Remove bottom tray assembly.
