1 small garlic clove, peeled
2 cups fresh basil
1/4 cup pine nuts
1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
Chop garlic in Processor Bowl. Add basil and pine nuts. Purée until
smooth. With machine running, drizzle in olive oil. Pulse in grated
Parmesan cheese and salt. Place in covered container in refrigerator
until ready to use. Keeps for three days. Makes 3/4 cup.

1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, not oil-packed
1 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1/3 cup roasted pine nuts
1/4 cup freshly grated Romano cheese
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
3 clove garlic, peeled
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
Place all ingredients in Processor Bowl. Purée until smooth. Place in
covered container until ready to use. Should be refrigerated.
Makes 1 cup.
