2 tangerines, zest and juice reserved
1 egg yolk
1 cup canola oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Place tangerine zest, juice and egg yolk to processor bowl. Process
slowly. Add the canola oil, processing until the oil is emulsied. Add salt
and pepper to taste.

1/2 head cabbage
1/2 large onion
1/2 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
1/2 tablespoon celery salt
3 tablespoons sugar
1 cup mayonnaise
Combine sugar and mayonnaise in a small bowl and set aside.
Quarter the cabbage. Place a quarter at a time in the processor bowl.
Process until nely chopped. Place in a large bowl. Repeat with each
quarter. Place onion in Processor Bowl. Process until nely chopped.
Add to the cabbage. Add the pepper, celery salt and dressing. Mix well.
Chill before serving.
