1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
3 tablespoons fresh tarragon leaves, chopped
3 tablespoons fresh chervil leaves, chopped
3 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
3 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
2 tablespoons shallot, minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon tarragon vinegar
2 teaspoons capers
3 anchovy llets, rinsed and patted dry
1 dash Tabasco
1/4 teaspoon salt
Combine all ingredients in the Blender Jar and purée, using the PUREE
button, until smooth. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving. Yields 2
cups.
