1/4 cup lemon juice
3/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 cup yellow onion, chopped
1/2 cup green onion, chopped, green and white parts
1/4 cup celery, chopped
2 tablespoons garlic, chopped
2 tablespoons horseradish
3 tablespoons whole-grain mustard, Creole if desired
3 tablespoons yellow mustard
3 tablespoons ketchup
3 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Combine all ingredients in Blender Jar. Using the BLEND button, pro-
cess until fairly smooth, about 30 seconds.
Transfer to covered container and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
Sauce will keep for about a week in the refrigerator.
Great served with grilled or boiled shrimp.
