4 cups fresh raspberries
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup dry red wine or cranberry cocktail juice
1 cup sour cream
Place raspberries, sugar and wine in Blender Jar. Using the BLEND
button, process until smooth. Pour mixture into a bowl, stir in sour
cream. Cover, refrigerate 1 to 2 hours until completely chilled. May be
served topped with additional sour cream and fresh raspberries. Makes
6 servings.
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup marshmallow cream
1/8 teaspoon vanilla
Whisk heavy cream, marshmallow uff and vanilla until stiff peaks form;
set aside.
1 cup milk
1/4 cup chocolate sauce
3 cups chocolate ice cream
Place all the ingredients in the Bar Blender. Use the SHAKES button to
process. Bar Blender will stop when program is nished. Fill 4 glasses
one-quarter of the way with the shake; add some marshmallow cream,
then more milkshake, then cream, then milkshake. Finish with a dollop of
marshmallow cream.
