1 pint chocolate ice cream
1/4 cup whole milk
2 tablespoons malt powder
2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
Place all the ingredients in the Bar Blender. Use the SHAKES button to
process. Bar Blender will stop when program is nished.
Serve immediately. Makes 2.
NOTE: Malt powder may be omitted.

1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
1 cup fresh strawberries, washed and stems removed
1 pint strawberry or vanilla ice cream
Place all the ingredients in the Bar Blender. Use the SHAKES button to
process. Bar Blender will stop when program is nished.
Serve immediately. Makes 2.

1/4 cup milk
1 shot tequila
3 tablespoons, key lime curd, sold at grocery stores in the pie
lling section
1 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
Orange zest, for garnish
Place all the ingredients in the Bar Blender. Use the SHAKES button to
process. Bar Blender will stop when program is nished. Serve
immediately. Makes 1.
