8 tablespoons butter, melted
1 cup our
1 3/4 cups milk
3 large eggs
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
Powdered sugar, maple syrup and fresh fruit for garnish
Combine, in the following order, milk, eggs, 4 tablespoons melted butter,
vanilla, our and salt in Blender Jar. Press the CAKE button, Bar
Blender will stop when program has nished. Preheat oven to 200°F.
Warm skillet over medium heat, a drop of water should bounce and
sizzle when ready. Add a teaspoon of butter and swirl to coat. Pour in
1/3 cup batter, swirl to evenly coat bottom of pan. Cook until pancake
sets, 1 2 minutes. Using a rubber spatula carefully lift by the edge
and ip. Cool until lightly golden, 15 30 seconds. Transfer to a plate
and keep warm in the oven. Repeat with remaining butter and batter. If
batter seems too thick, thin with warm water. Fold or roll and serve
with powdered sugar, syrup and fruit. Make 12 pancakes.
