4) Usethe8or12inchwidestyrofoamstripsinthekitasllers.Therearetwo1/2inchthickand
one3/4inchthickstyrofoamstripsinthekit.Placetheseoneithersideoftheunittollinany
gapsbetweenthemediaandthesidesoftheunit.SeeIllustration3.Usetheseinwhichever
combinationwillllinthegap.Whenusingmorethanonestyrofoamstrip,placeonestripon
onesideofthemedia,andtheotherstripsontheoppositeside.DoNOTplacethestyrofoam
betweenthetwomediapieces.
5) ThisstepisonlyforAdobeunitsusingkit#110133‑1or#110133‑3.Placethetwopiecesof
1inchthickwaterdistributionmediaontopofthemediapreviouslyinstalled,onenexttothe
other.Makesurethereisnogapbetweenthetwopieceswheretheymeet.SeeIllustration

6) ThisstepisonlyforPMIunitsusingkit#110133‑2or110133‑4.Placethetwopiecesof2
inchthickwaterdistributionmediaontopofthemediapreviouslyinstalled,onenexttothe
other.Makesurethereisnogapbetweenthetwopieceswheretheymeet.SeeIllustration

7) ThisstepisonlyforChampionunitsusingkit#110133‑2or110133‑4.Placethe
twopiecesof1inchthickwaterdistributionmediaontopofthemediapreviously
installed,onenexttotheother.Makesurethereisnogapbetweenthetwopieces
wheretheymeet.SeeIllustration4.
8) Installthewaterdistributoroverthenewmediamakingsureallmediapiecesare
aligned.Installthetopcoolerpanelandrecheckmediaalignment.
NOTE:Extrapiecesofwaterdistributionmediaand/orstyrofoamstripsmaybeleft
aftertheinstallation.Thisisnormalsincethekitsareusedfordifferentcoolermodels.

1) Removethecoolertoppanelabovethemediaandthenthewaterdistributortoaccessthemedia.Removetheoldmediaset.Refer
toyourcoolermanufacturesownersmanual.
2) ForPMI4800&4812unitsonly.Thefour1/2x2inchwidestyrofoamstripsmaybenecessarytoraisetheheightofthemedia.
Placetwoofthesestyrofoamstripsoneachsideofthereservoirmediasupportshelves.TheMediawillthenbeplacedontopof
thestyrofoamstrips.SeeIllustration1forplacement.
3) Placethetwopiecesof20inchwidemediafromthekitontothereservoir.Followthemarkingsonthemediatomakesurethe
mediaisorientedcorrectly.SeeIllustration2.
