Clean wood worktops only with mild cleaners and a damp cloth. Do not store the worktop in extremely humid conditions for long periods of time. Excessive moisture will cause it to warp, curl, or otherwise become deformed. Clean stainless steel worktops only with approved stainless steel polishes.
