ASSEMBLY
REMOVING BITS (FIG. 2)
1. Lock the variable-speed trigger switch
by placing the direction-of rotation
selector in the center position.
2. Rotate the chuck sleeve
counterclockwise (viewing from chuck
end).
WARNING:
Use protective gloves
when removing the bit from the tool, or
rst allow the bit to cool down. The bit
may be hot after prolonged use.
INSTALLING AND REMOVING
THE BELT CLIP (FIG. 3)
To install the belt clip:
1. Align the rib of the clip with the groove
of the drill/driver, and then attach the
belt clip to the drill/driver.
2. Insert the screw (included) and tighten
the screw securely with a screwdriver
(not included). The belt clip can be
positioned on either side of the tool.
To remove the belt clip:
1. Use a screwdriver (not included) to
loosen the screw that attaches the belt
clip to the drill/driver.
2. Remove the screw and the belt clip.

storage area on the tool.
