MAINTENANCE
WARNING:
To avoid serious
personal injury, always remove the battery
pack from the tool when cleaning or
performing any maintenance.
WARNING:
When servicing, use
only identical replacement parts. Use of
any other parts may create a hazard or
cause product damage.
WARNING:
It is not recommended
to use compressed dry air as cleaning
method of the driver. If cleaning with
compressed air is the only method to
apply, always wear safety goggles or
safety glasses with side shields when
using compressed air to clean the tool. If
the operation is dusty, also wear a dust
mask.
GENERAL MAINTENANCE
Avoid using solvents when cleaning plastic
parts. Most plastics are susceptible to
damage from various types of commercial
solvents. Use a clean cloth to remove dirt,
dust, oil, grease, etc.
WARNING:
Do not at any time let
brake uids, gasoline, petroleum-based
products, penetrating oils, etc. to come in
contact with plastic parts. Chemicals can
damage, weaken or destroy plastic which
may result in serious personal injury.
WARNING:

TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM CAUSE SOLUTION
The drill/driver does
not work.
The battery is depleted. Charge the battery.
The bit cannot be installed.
The sleeve is not in the proper
size.
Release the sleeve.
The bit does not t the sleeve. Use a suitable bit.
LED worklight ashes.
Tool is overheated or
overloaded.
Allow the tool to cool down
and then reduce pressure
on the tool.
