ThisMASTERFORCEbrandcompressorcarriesourfamousNoHassle3‐YearLimitedWarrantytotheoriginal
purchaser.If,duringnormaluse,thisMASTERFORCEcompressorbreaksorfailsduetoadefectinmaterialor
workmanshipwithinthree(3)yearsfromthedateoforiginalpurchase,simplycallourtollfreeProduct

PortableCompressorWarranty:Compressors30gallonsorlesssuppliedwithhandlesorwheelsordesignedtobe
carriedbyhand:Theproduct,includinganydefectivepart,mustbereturnedtoanauthorizedservice
dealerwithin
thewarrantyperiod.Theexpenseofdeliveringthemanufacturer’sproducttotheservicecenterforwarrantywork
andtheexpenseofreturningitbacktotheownerafterrepairorreplacementwillbepaidbytheowner.Proofof
purchasewillberequiredbytheauthorizedservicecenterto
substantiateanywarrantyclaim.Allwarrantywork
mustbeperformedbyanauthorizedservicecenter.
StationaryCompressorWarranty:Compressorslargerthan30gallonswithouthandlesorwheels,designedtobe
permanentlymountedinplace.Themanufacturerwillcoveron‐siteservice,parts,labor,andtravel,forthefirst
yearof
ownership,andpartsandlaboronly,fortheremainderofthe3yearwarrantyperiod.Allwarrantywork
mustbeperformedbyanauthorizedservicecenter.
Notwithstandingtheforegoing,thislimitedwarrantydoesnotcoveranydamagethathasresultedfromabuseor
misuseoftheMerchandise.Thiswarranty:(1)excludes
expendablepartsincludingbutnotlimitedto:belts,filters,
andotherroutinewearparts.(2)Shallbevoidifthecompressorisusedforcommercialand/orrentalpurposes
(thisexclusiondoesnotapplytotwostagecompressors).(3)Doesnotcoveranylosses,injuriesto
persons/propertyorcosts.Thiswarranty
doesgiveyouspecificlegalrightsandyoumayhaveotherrights,which
varyfromstatetostate.Becareful,compressorscanbedangerousifimproperlyusedormaintained.Seller’s
employeesarenotqualifiedtoadviseyouontheuseofthismerchandise.Anyoralrepresentation(s)madewillnot
bebinding
onselleroritsemployees.Therightsunderthislimitedwarrantyaretotheoriginalpurchaserofthe
merchandiseandmaynotbetransferredtoanysubsequentowner.Thislimitedwarrantyisinlieuofallwarranties,
expressedorimpliedincludingwarrantiesformerchantabilityandfitnessforaparticularpurpose.
Sellershallnot
beliableforanyspecial,incidental,orconsequentialdamages.Thesoleexclusiveremedyagainstthesellerwillbe
forthereplacementofanydefectsasprovidedherein,aslongastheselleriswillingtoreplacethisproductoris
willingtorefundthepurchasepriceasprovided
above.Forinsurancepurposessellerisnotallowedtodemonstrate
anyofthesepowertoolsforyou.
