GENERAL SAFETY RULEs PRODUCT SAFETY WARNING Some dust created by power sanding, sawing, grinding, drilling and other construction activities contains chemicals known to the state of California to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm. Some examples of these chemicals are: ● Lead from lead-based paints; ● Crystalline silica from bricks and cement and other masonry products; ● Arsenic and chromium from chemicallytreated lumber.
GENERAL SAFETY RULE before turning the power tool on.A wrench or a key left attached to a rotating part of the power tool may result in personal injury. • Do not overreach. Keep proper footing and balance at all times.This enables better control of the power tool in unexpected situations. • Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing or jewelry. Keep your hair, clothing and gloves away from moving parts. Loose clothes, jewelry or long hair can be caught in moving parts.

GENERAL USE STATEMENT (APPLICATIONS) WARNING Do not attempt to use this product until you thoroughly read and completely understand the instruction manual. Pay close attention to the safety rule, includ- ing Danger, Warnings, and Cautions. WARNING The operation of any tool can result in foreign objects being thrown into your eyes, which can result in severe eye damage.
ELECTRICAL DOUBLE INSULATION Double insulation is a safety concept for electric power tools, which eliminates the need for the usual three-wire grounded power cord. All exposed metal parts are isolated from the internal metal motor components with protecting insulation. Double insulated tools do not need to be grounded. WARNING The double insulated system is intended to protect the user from shock resulting from a break in the tool’s internal wiring.

OPERATION OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS NOTE: Before using the tool, read the instruction book carefully. Intended Use The machine is intended for dry sanding of wood, plastic, filler and coated surfaces. 1. FIT THE SAND PAPER (SEE FIG A) The Sand paper are placed directly onto the base plate. The hole pattern in the base plate and sand paper must match. Then press the sand paper onto the base plate by hand.
OPERATION Fig. C Fig. D1 Fig. D2 Fig. D3 REMOVE THE SAND PAPER To remove the sand paper, lift up the sand paper clamp and move away from the clamp lever lock. the sand paper retaining clip is now loose. Repeat with the other clamp on the opposite side of your sander. 2. USING THE CYCLONIC DUST BOX A) ATTACH THE CYCLONIC DUST BOX (SEE FIG E1) Your sander is equipped with a cyclonic dust box. To attach, slide the box onto the outlet piece and take care that the latching lever engages.
OPERATION B) EMPTY THE CYCLONIC DUST BOX (SEE FIG E2 E3) For more efficient operation, empty the cyclonic dust box every 5-10mins. This will permit the air to flow through the box better. To empty the box, press the latching lever in and pull off the box. Then press the button at the rear of the box to open it, and shake out dust. Fig. F1 Fig. E2 Fig. F2 Fig. E3 3. OPERATING THE ON/OFF SWITCH (SEE FIG. F1, F2) Slide the on/off switch to the position marked ”I” to start the machine.
OPERATION Fig. G and apply it gently to the work, it may “kick” on first contact. Hold the sander so that it is flat on the work and move slowly, preferably with a smooth, circular motion. Regularly check the condition of the sand paper and replace when worn for best results. 7. FLUSH SANDING FACILITY Your sander can sand flush on three sides of the baseplate which allows easy access to corners and edges of mouldings. 5.
WORKING HINTS FOR YOUR SANDER 1. If your power tool becomes too hot, especially when used at low speed, set the speed to maximum and run it with no load for 2-3 minutes to cool the motor. Avoid prolonged usage at very low speeds. Always use sand paper that is suitable for the material you want to sand. 2. Always ensure the work-piece is firmly held or clamped to prevent movement. 3. Any movement of the material may affect the quality of the sanding finish. 4.

OPERACIÓN INSTRUCCIONES DE USO NOTA: Antes de usar la herramienta, lea atentamente el manual de instrucciones. Uso pretendido La máquina está diseñada para lijado en seco de madera, plástico, metal y material de relleno, así como superficies pintadas. 1. COLOCACIÓN DE PAPEL DE LIJA (VÉASE FIG. A) Los papeles de lijado se colocan directamente sobre la placa base. El patrón de agujeros en la placa base y en el papel de lija debe coincidir.

El sujetador de retención del papel de lija ahora está suelto. Repita con la otra abrazadera en el lado opuesto de su lijadora. 2. CAJA DE RECOLECCIÓN DE POLVO CYCLONE A) CONEXIÓN DE CAJA DE POLVO CYCLONE (VÉASE FIG. E1) Su lijadora está equipada con la nueva caja Cyclone.
OPERACIÓN B) VACÍE LA CAJA DE POLVO CICLÓNICA (VÉASE FIG. E2 E3) Para una operación más eficiente, vacíe la caja de polvo ciclónica cada 5-10mins. Eso permitirá que el aire fluya a través de la caja mejor. Para vaciar la caja, presione la palanca de aseguramiento y retire la caja. Introduzca el adaptador en la parte posterior de la salida de polvos de la lijadora. Luego hale el adaptador de extracción de polvos y asegúrese de que esté firmemente asegurado a la salida de polvos. Luego conecte la manguera de una aspiradora. Encienda primero la aspiradora y luego la lijadora.
