Limited Lifetime Warranty

Nan Ya Plastics Corporation USA offers a non-transferable Limited Lifetime Warranty of the MasterPiece Patio Door

System against: defects in materials and workmanship. Proper maintenance is required. It does not cover variations or

changed in the color of the door panel including but not limited to chalking and discoloration. Should such changes occur,

panels may be painted according to paint manufacturer instructions.

This Limited Warranty is in lieu of and excludes all other warranties not expressly set forth, expressed or implied by

operation of law or otherwise, including without limitation to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a

particular purpose. To the extent that any implied warranties may nonetheless exist by operation of the law, such warran-

ties are limited to the duration provided by the law. The limitations on the length of implied warranties vary from state to

state and therefore, such limitations may not be applicable in your state.

Subject to the conditions, exclusion and limitations contained herein, Nan Ya Plastics Corporation USA warrants that the

MasterPiece Patio Door System is free from defects in materials and workmanship from the date of original installation

when it has been properly installed in compliance with the manufacturer’s installation instructions. Thoroughly inspect

product once received and report any concealed damage or defect within 15 calendar days. If not being used for new

construction, the product must be thoroughly inspected before removal of existing door.

Warranty Coverages

Door Components: Jambs, mullions, astragals, brick-mould, transom and door panels; excluding glass components

and hardware components for the LIFETIME of the original residential purchaser. Commercial customers are limited to

a TWENTY (20) YEAR warranty.

Insulated Glass Components: Factory installed insulated glass components against seal failure for a period of

TWENTY (20) YEARS. Factory installed clear glass with blinds between the glass against seal failure for a period of

FIVE (5) YEARS and the blinds components for ONE (1) YEAR. Factory installed LoE glass with blinds between the glass

against seal failure and the blinds components for a period of TEN (10) YEARS." A failed glass seal is defined as one that

shows a significant amount of obstruction due to moisture in between the glass created by a seal failure. Small marks,

scratches, and spots which do not exceed company standards or federal government specifications, C 1036-85 do not

make insulated glass units defective.

Door Hardware Components: All factory installed door hardware components of your MasterPiece Door are

warranty to be free from operational defects in materials and workmanship for a period of TEN (10) YEARS and ONE

(1) YEAR for the handle set finish. This warranty excludes discoloration of the hardware finish after ONE (1) YEAR, or

damage due to improper installation.

The following are not covered under this Warranty and are hereby disclaimed: • TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE • Damage concealed by packaging that is not reported within 15 calendar days of receipt of product • Use of dark paint with a light reflective value (LRV) of 0 to 56, where white=100 and black=0 may void warranty.
