Warranty

This warranty is for the original purchaser, and is non-transferable. Nan Ya Plastics Corporation

warrants the MasterPiece Patio Door system to be free of defects in materials and workmanship

from the date of original installation when it has been properly installed in compliance with the

included installation instructions.

The following Lifetime Limited Warranty applies:

Door components: jambs, mullions, astragals, brick-mould, transom, and door panels; excluding

glass components and hardware components for the LIFETIME of the original residential purchaser.

Commercial customers are limited to a TWENTY (20) YEAR warranty.

Insulated Glass Components: Factory installed glass components to be free from defects in

materials and workmanship, including seal failure, for a period of TWENTY (20) YEARS. Conforming to

specications set forth in Federal Specication C 1036-85.

Door Hardware Components: All factory installed door hardware components of your MasterPiece

Door are warranty to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of TEN (10)

YEARS. This warranty excludes discoloration of the hardware nish, or damage due to improper

installation.

Exclusions: The terms of this warranty exclude failures which are the result of or involve:

Accident, abuse or improper use•

Improper use of the product•

Neglect, abuse, improper handling and/or improper storage of the product•

Any modication or alteration to the product and/or it’s components•

Damage due to freight carriers, common carriers, private transportation or any other means •

of transportation or handling, following arrival at the port of destination

Misapplication, faulty building construction or design, including but not limited to installation •

or use in areas of high vibration

Exposure of the MasterPiece Door or its systems to the elements, improper insucient •

handling, storage, installation, maintenance or service

F ire, corrosive fumes, acts of God, and/or any events or actions beyond the control of Nan Ya •

Plastics Corporation

All component parts, glass and labor supplied by parties other than Nan Ya Plastics •

Corporation, or its agents

All doors repaired or replaced without prior Nan Ya Plastics Corporation expressed written •

approval

Warranty Claim Procedure: In the event of a warranty claim, written notice of the defect must be sent by certified U.S. Mail through the distributor or dealer that originally sold the door to the party that installed the unit. Requested documentation is to be sent to Nan Ya Plastics Corp., 8989 North Loop East, Houston, Texas 77029 immediately upon the discovery of the defect and only within the original warranty period.
