Malfunction
Possible cause

Batteries are discharged
too fast
Battery capacity reduced due
to wastage or sulphation,
stagnation
Charge and recharge a few times,
this might help.
Check battery and replace if

Batteries are too warm,

Open CZone Configuration Tool and
check.
ChargeMaster Plus Dipswitch
not correct
Open CZone Configuration Tool and
check with Force Dipswitch for
Address.
Slow or no MasterBus
communication.
Error in the MasterBus wiring
Check the network cables
No MasterBus Terminator
placed at the ends of the

MasterBus needs a terminating
