Printer Status Area
The printer status and error or warning messages are displayed in this area.
The possible conditions are: Ready, Busy, Disconnected.
Ribbon Status Area
Ribbon-related information is displayed in this area.

Type of ribbon installed.

Ribbon Preferences button: Go to Printers & Scanners > Click on MC310 printer driver > Click on Manage
> Click on Printer properties > Go to ‘Media’ tab

Remaining ribbon capacity indicator: this indicator shows a percentage of how much ribbon can still be
used.
Indicator color:
-
Green: from 100% to 21% remaining
-
Yellow: from 20% to 11% remaining
-
Red: from 10% to 1% remaining
-
Empty bar, flashing: 0% remaining (error condition)
Job Status Area
A job queue is displayed in this area when a printing is underway.
