Printhead Cleaning
It is suggested to clean the printhead when dots are missing on the printed cards:
 The edge of the printhead must be cleaned using the special impregnated swab or the cleaning pen.
 The edge of the printhead must be cleaned to remove residual ink or dust.
Follow below Printhead Cleaning Procedure.
1)
Unplug the printer from the power supply.
2)
Open the Top cover.
3)
Printhead might be hot, please ensure that it is cooled down before proceeding further.
4)
Using the cleaning swab that is provided in the Cleaning Kit, clean the printhead by rubbing the swab
in the direction indicated by the arrow in the figure below.
