The card thickness setting does not correspond with that
of the card being used: set the correct value, remove the
card, then switch the printer off and on again.
If you are using non-original ribbon, check that the type
of ribbon set for the driver corresponds with the one
actually being used
Flip Over not in position: switch off the machine, remove
by hand any card left in the flip over, then switch the
printer on again
The weight of the input hopper does not rest on the card
in the tray or is missing. Free the weight or introduce it
