• Remove tabs from the bottom edge of lattice sheet using a saw or side cutting pliers (Fig. 2).
• If you cut the lattice, replace any tabs that were removed – drill 1/8” holes 3/16” from the edge
and insert the pins provided in the kit (Fig. 6). We recommend using at least three pins
(evenly spaced) on each long side and two pins on each short side. Where possible, retain
the moulded tabs, especially at the top of the sheet.
Moulded Slat Screen
• Trim the 4 vertical ribs with a saw as shown on Fig. 3a & 3b at top and bottom of the panel
and on both front and back.
• Drill 1/8” holes 3/16” from the top edge where the four ribs were removed (Fig. 4a) and at
each end of three of the slats evenly spaced on the long sides (Fig. 4b).
• Insert the 10 supplied pins into the holes using pliers (Fig. 5a & b).
One-Piece Screen
• One-Piece Screen panel is supplied with holes already pre-drilled, just insert the pins at the
top and along both sides.
• If trimming the screen panel, drill new 1/8” holes for the pins 3/16” from the edge near where
they were removed.
2. Assemble the C-Channel Kit
A. Slide Top C-Channel over the tabs or pins (Fig. 7) onto the top edge of the panel.
B. Insert a moulded corner into each end of the top C-Channel.
C. Slide the two side C-channels along the edges of the panel over the tabs or pins and tap
into place.
D. Insert a moulded corner into each end of bottom C-channel and tap into place.
E. Fit bottom C-channel onto the bottom edge of the panel and tap the corners into the side C-
channels.
