Cam Feed Tab
The Cam Feed tab shows what the camera is seeing. At the bottom there is a
checkbox “Throttle Camera Feed (Use during scanning on a slow computer)”. When
this is checked, only one in four images from the camera actually get displayed; the
others are discarded in order to lower CPU usage. It doesn’t affect the scan. However,
if you have a very slow computer, keeping this checked to reduce the strain on the
CPU is a good idea.
Laser Line Detection Tab
The Laser Line Detection tab is used to visualize where the lasers are being detected.
This is the most important aspect of advanced scanning. This screen shows a visual
representation of the laser lines, and you can adjust the exposure of the camera until
you get the best visualization possible. When your laser line is “clean”, meaning that
it doesn’t have a lot of noise (appears as fuzzy static rather than a straight solid or
