MATTERHORN Filter Corp, warrants to the original purchaser that our filtration systems will be
free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use and service
beginning on the date of purchase (we reserve the right to require proof of purchase).
All MATTERHORN filtration systems must be installed and operated in accordance with the manufacturer's
recommended procedures and guidelines. Noncompliance with acceptable plumbing codes and damage
caused by improper installation, accident, misuse, or abuse is not covered by this warranty. Damage caused by
freezing, flood, fire, or Acts of God are not covered by this warranty. MATTERHORN Water does not know the
water chemistry or characteristics of your water supply or the purpose for which you are purchasing an
MATTERHORN filtration system. The quality of water supplies vary geographically and may change
seasonally. For these reasons, we assume no liability for the determination of the proper equipment necessary
to meet your water use requirements.
MATTERHORN Water disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, warranties of merchantability and
fitness for a particular purpose with regard to MATTERHORN filtration systems and any accompanying written
materials. These warranties are governed by the laws of the state of California and may change at any time
without notice.
MATTERHORN Water Filters, Inc. will, at our option, repair or replace any defective parts occurring in normal
usage within one (1) year of purchase. MATTERHORN Water is not responsible for removal or installation
costs. Filter cartridges and membranes that have been installed or used are excluded from this warranty. The
product or part must be returned to MATTERHORN, freight prepaid, along with proof of purchase stating the
date of purchase and a brief description of the problem. We are not responsible under this Limited Warranty for
any cost of shipping incurred in connection with the return of the product or part.
In order to receive warranty service, you must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from
the MATTERHORN Water customer service department. Any packages received without an RMA will be
returned to sender at the sender’s expense. Call MATTERHORN Water customer service at 1 [phone]
