LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY*

Plastica Panaro srl guarantees its injection moulded Max cases line (with the exception of Max Grip line) for

a life time against breakage or defects in workmanship. Max cases are guaranteed to be watertight to a depth

of 1 meter for 30 minutes (IP67) if properly closed with undamaged 0-ring in lace unless otherwise stated.

To the extent permitted by law, Plastica Panaro’s liability is limited to the case and not its contents or foam

or people caused by faulty products.

Plastica Panaro srl will decide if the warranty is applicable to the defective goods and replace or repair any

broken or defective part or case, at our sole option. to the extend permitted by law, the remedies hereby

provided shall be the exclusive and sole remedy of the purchaser.

To the extend permitted by law: (a) this warranty is in lieu of all warranties, express or implied, including,

but not limited to, the implied warranties of marchantability and fitness for a particular purpose; and (b) all

other implied warranties and any liability not based upon contract are hereby disclaimed and excluded.

to the extent permitted by law, in no event shall Plastica Panaro srl be liable for any indirect, punitive,

incidental or consequential damages, or special damages, regardless of whether a claim for such damages is

based on warranty, contract, negligence or otherwise. to the extent permitted by law, in no event shall

Plastica Panaro’s liability to the purchaser for damages hereunder exceed the purchase price of the case in

respect of which damages are claimed.

CERTIFICATO DI GARANZIA COMMERCIALE* PLASTICA PANARO SRL garantisce a vita la propria linea di valigie a stampaggio a iniezione MAX Cases ,(ad eccezione della linea Max Grip), per quanto riguarda guasti o difetti dovuti all’uso derivanti dalla fabbricazione. Le valigie Max Cases sono garantite a tenuta stagna fino a 1 metro di profondità per una durata di 30 minuti (IP67) se adeguatamente chiuse con la guarnizione integra ed inserita correttamente nel coperchio, salvo diversa indicazione.
