in combination with the MAX! Cube via the local MAX!
software. The functions described in chapter 17 are then
available via the local MAX! software. The conguration
menu of the MAX! wall thermostat („Menu/Mode“) button
is deactivated in this case.
In order to teach in at the MAX! Cube, proceed as follows:
• Start the local MAX! software and click on New device“.
• Perform a long press of the „OK“ key on the MAX! wall
thermostat.
• The antenna symbol appears in the display and the MAX!
wall thermostat appears in the MAX! software.
• In to software, go to Nextto give the device a name
and assign it to a room.
• The MAX! wall thermostat is now integrated in the sys-
tem and can be congured in the software of the res-
pective room.
When networking with the MAX! Cube, all individu-
ally programmed settings of the MAX! wall thermo-
stat will be lost.
As soon as the MAX! wall thermostat has been taught
in on a gateway like the MAX! Cube, all data such as
date, time or week programme are transmitted to it
via the radio connection.
10.2. Teaching-in MAX! components at the
MAX! wall thermostat (without MAX! Cube)
Up to 8 MAX! radiator thermostats can be directly taught
in at the MAX! wall thermostat. These then take over the
