WHEN USING THE TOOL FOR STEEL PLATES
● Carry out work based on the required Work Standards.
● If there is no specified work standard, refer the following as a reference.
● Never use the nails for the ceilings (ceiling foundations included) or roofs (roof foundations
included).
● Be sure to apply discharge outlet to an object at a right angle.
● Do not directly drive the nails which are 38 to 45 mm long.
This apparatus is exclusively designed for light-weight shape
steel with thickness of 1.6 mm. When using it, conform to the
Construction Standards, considering the conditions of members
and the situation at a construction site.
Nail Length Total Thickness of Members
32 mm 1.8 to 22 mm
38 mm 10 to 27 mm
45 mm 15 to 30 mm
① Choose the nails which are longer than the total thickness of each member by 10 mm or
more.
② Ensure that the light-weight shape steel base sheet used is 1.6 mm thick or less and the
exterior member is 0.7 mm thick or less.
③ Never drive 38 to 45 mm long nails directly into the light-weight shape steel, because
they could fly off, and injure you.

④ Be sure to apply a driving point to the member at a right angle. If applied obliquely, the
nails could fly off and injure you.
⑤ Never use this apparatus for a roof (including its groundwork) or a ceiling (including its
groundwork).
⑥ If the nails are driven too much into the steel plate, their holding force will be extremely
reduced. When driving them, carefully check how deep they have been driven. (For the
adjusting method, see Page 13)
※ The nails may not be driven depending on the hardness of a member or a combination
of the thickness of each member.
