Manufacturer's Lifetime Warranty
Once you receive your cookware, you will have a Factory Lifetime Warranty which covers
workmanship, flaws, and damages not associated with freight carriers. The warranty reads
as follows:
"This cookware is guaranteed to the original purchaser for his/her lifetime to be free from
defects in materials and workmanship. After requesting and receiving a Return Authorization
Number, you will be directed to return the defective piece to the manufacturer's address on the
label that will be supplied to you. The manufacturer will repair or replace your flawed
cookware with the same or an equivalent product and return it to you within 30 days.
Handles and knobs are excluded from the lifetime warranty. Electrical skillets have a 5-year
warranty.
Damaged or flawed products are not subject to refunds, but as stated, will be replaced by a
new product. Only new, unused, and unflawed products qualify for refunds. A lifetime
warranty on the knobs and handles may be obtained by purchasing the cookware at the retail
price from an official retail dealer."
NOTE: Warranty replacements must be shipped to a
destination located inside the continental USA only.
