Before you begin installing the seat
into your vehicle, did you check:
Your child’s weight and height?
2.3-15.9 kg (5-35 lb) and
102 cm (40 in.) or less in height
Your child’s fi t? See page 8.
Do you need to make adjustments to the
harness/headrest height or the buckle position?

Locate Lower Anchor/
UAS Belt Storage
Pull the car seat pad off the
front of the car seat to reveal
the lower anchor/UAS belt
and the Rear-Facing
Belt Path.
It may be easier to lift up
the pad if you remove the
cupholders. See page 4.
Remove Connector without Adjuster from Storage
Press the red release button on the connector without the
adjuster and pull it out of the opening. Then pull it through th
e
Rear-Facing Belt Path
opening on the right as shown.
Do not twist belt.
Remove Connector with Adjuster from Storage
Press the red release button on the connector with the adjuster
closest to it and pull it out of the opening. Press the adjuster’s
button and pull the belt to loosen. Then pull it through the
Rear-Facing Belt Path opening on the left as shown.

IMPORTANT!
Do not use the AutoLock
feature when installing with
lower anchor/UAS belts.

Do not use the lower/UAS anchors of the child restraint
anchorage system (LATCH system/UAS) to attach this child
restraint when restraining a child weighing more than
15.9 kg (35 lbs).
