WARNINGS
Do not use the lower/UAS anchors of the child restraint anchor-
age system (LATCH system/UAS) to attach this child restraint
when restraining a child weighing more than 18 kg (40 lbs).
The vehicle belt must be used for installation if your child weighs
more than 18 kg (40 lb).
Do not use the lower anchor/UAS belt along with the vehicle lap
or lap/shoulder belt.
Check the vehicle belt or the lower anchor/UAS belt before each
use. Use only if the belt can be tightened properly and locked
securely in place.
Do not fasten multiple lower anchor/UAS connectors on the same
lower/UAS anchor bar in the vehicle.
In this child restraint your child MUST be at least 1 year old and
weigh 10 kg (22 lb) before they sit forward-facing.
Failure to follow these warnings can result in serious injury
or death.
The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends that children remain
rear-facing until they are at least 2 years old. Please talk to your doctor
about the best option for your child.

You may adjust to Position 2 as your child grows.
When installing with only the Lap Belt:
You must use Torso Position 1.
