Thread Connectors Through
the Forward-Facing Belt Path
As Shown
Thread the connector without the
adjuster through the Forward-
Facing Belt Path opening on the left
as shown.
Thread the connector with the
adjuster closest to it through the
Forward-Facing Belt Path opening
on the right as shown.
Do not twist belt.
Finished Lower Anchor/UAS Belt Routing
Make Car Seat Flush Against
Vehicle Seat
Use either of the red positions to
make the car seat as fl ush against
the vehicle seat back as possible.
Vehicle seat back must be upright.
Do not refer to the Rear-Facing
Angle Indicator.
It does not apply to Forward-
Facing mode.

a headrest that interferes with
achieving a fl ush car seat fi t,
check your vehicle owner’s manual
to see if it can be removed, adjusted,
or if there are other possible seating
