lcd_bit
Defines sequence
of LCD displays.
The value is a bit mask that de-
scribes a scrolling display se-
quence. Each set bit permits a
display with an lcd_idx value
from 0..31. Each is displayed for
7 seconds. Ordered by increas-
ing bit number. If value is zero,
display does not change.
