Installation Sheet

1. Spread the arms evenly. Check to see that each arm is aligned with the wiring

box. (Foe model no. 2658, adjust the second tier arm so that it is in between the

arms of the bottom tier.)

2. Tightened the cap screw on the round plate to secure the arm.

3. Slide the loop and pipe set and the decorative cup down the wire until it touches

the round plate. Set the decorative cup on the round plate and turn the pipe and loop

set to thread the nipple into the center pipe. (CAUTION: Make sure the wire and

ground wire are not twisted to prevent breakage of wire insulation).

4. Refer to the Installation Instructions for electrical wiring instructions.
