Installation Instructions
Model 9104JVBK
1.Turn breaker off for circuit on outlet where fixture is to be installed.
2.Remove mounting bracket from fixture and install to electrical box.
3.Carefully remove packaging from fixture.
4.Adjust wire length to desired mounting height, and tighten strain relief screws to secure.
5.Wire fixture to wires in outlet box. Green wire is for Ground.
6.Install fixture to bracket and tighten screws at the ends of the canopy to secure.
7.Install maximum 60 watt medium base incandescent light bulb
