If you have the old Connection Manager
that looks like this, you’ll need to uninstall
it before you begin. If not, go straight to step 3.
1. Uninstall Connection Manager by clicking Start > (All) Programs
> O2 > O2 Connection Manager > Uninstall and follow
the on-screen instructions.
2. Restart your computer when you’re asked to.
3. Remove the cap and plug your dongle into
a USB port on your computer. Look for the
USB port symbol
4. Wait a few minutes. If the AutoPlay
window pops up, click Run AUTORUN.EXE.
Tip: If it takes more than a few minutes,
do it manually by going to Start >
(My) Computer. Right click on O2 dongle
and choose (Open) Autoplay...
Connection Manager will get ready to install.
This may take a few minutes.
5. If the User Account Control message appears,
click Allow or Yes (depending on which version
of Windows you’re using).
6. You’ll see the Welcome screen. Close any other programs
you have open on your computer. Click Next.
