AND CONTACT MANUFACTURER.

DO NOT INSTALL THIS LAMP IN A PRE-HEAT LUMINAIRE.

THIS LAMP ONLY OPERATES ON ELECTRONIC BALLASTS. IF LAMP DOES NOT LIGHT WHEN
THE LUMINAIRE IS ENERGIZED, REMOVE LAMP FROM LUMINAIRE AND CONTACT LAMP
MANUFACTURER OR QUALIFIED ELECTRICIAN

1.) Turn off the power to the luminaire.
2.) Remove diffuser (if provided).
3.) Remove the existing fluorescent lamps from the luminaire.
Dispose the existing fluorescent lamps in accordance with government regulations in your area.
4.) Install MaxLite LED T8 U-Bend DirectFit lamps. Ensure that the pins are firmly seated in the lampholders.
5.) Ensure lamp is secured by clip.
6.) Replace diffuser (if removed in step 2).
7.) Switch on power to the luminaire.
