From top to bottom: Ring Selection in polygon, edge and point mode.
Outline Selection
In polygon mode, this tool selects the edges that outline the selected polygons. Move the mouse
pointer over the polygon selection. When the edges that outline the selection highlight yellow, click
to select the edges — edge mode will be activated automatically.
This tool selects the edges that outline the selected polygons.
This tool also works in edge mode — existing polygon selections can be selected.
