keyboard shortcuts (e.g. SHIFT + F3 for the timeline). These Managers will again be hidden when you
switch back to the Manager that is currently displayed in full screen mode.
You will nd the “Full Screen” command in the Command Manager (p. 57 in your CINEMA 4D reference

If you work with dual monitors, read the following concerning the “Main Window” option.
Main Window
You can use the “Main Windowcommand to make any oating window that is itself not anchored in
a main window, a main window. Your operating system will also recognize this window as a separate
window and will let you use the ALT + Tab option to switch between this and other active windows.
This is necessary in order to keep oating windows visible when you toggle the editor viewports
between full screen and the normal CINEMA 4D layout mode.
Simply activate the “Main Window” option for the windows displayed on your second monitor (not
necessary for Mac OS X). You can also place all windows on your second monitor in one window by
clicking on the Pin and dragging it into the corresponding window. Subsequently, activate the “Main
Window” option for the window containing all other windows.
Rename
Renames a window or tab. An icon palettes name will only appear if the palette has a tab.
