The wheel kit is not designed for over-the-road use. The pressure washer must be transported
in a vehicle or on a trailer.
The unit is heavy. Take care when lifting or moving the unit.
Transport or repair with the fuel tank EMPTY to prevent an unintentional spark
Igniting fuel vapours resulting in a fire and/or explosion.
Transport or repair with the spark plug disconnected.
STORING FUEL OR EQUIPMENT WITH FUEL IN FUEL TANK
Store away from furnaces, stoves, water heaters, clothes dryers and all other appliances with pilot lights
or other ignition sources. These appliances can heat fuel tanks and ignition sources can ignite fuel
vapours.
SAFETY RULES FOR PRESSURE WASHERS
RISK OF FIRE OR EXPLOSION:
Always store fuel away from the pressure washer and in an approved container.
Fuel and fuel vapours are extremely flammable and explosive. Fire and
explosion can result in severe burns and/or death. Make sure that all ventilation openings are clear and
free from restrictions. Restricted ventilation openings can cause overheating and/or fire.
DO NOT operate the pressure washer in explosive areas, such as in the presence of flammable
liquids, gases or dust. Pressure washers can create spark which may ignite the dust or fumes.
NEVER use the pressure washers in damp or we locations.
Wear proper apparel. Remove your jewellery before using the pressure washer. DO NOT wear
loose clothing, necklaces, rings, bracelets or other jewellery that may get caught up in moving
parts. Non-skid footwear and electrically non-conductive gloves are highly recommended while
working. Wear protective hair coverings to contain long hair.
Be responsible for your hearing. Wear hearing protection during extended periods of operation.
DO NOT use the pressure washer if excessive noise or vibration is present. Have it repaired
immediately.
Store the pressure washer indoors, in a dry and secured area away from other equipment.
Never store the pressure washer near an open flame or flammable materials.
Keep pressure washer a minimum of 5 feet (1.5m) of clearance on all sides including overhead.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
There may be Federal or State Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Regulations,
and/or local codes ordinances that apply to intended usage of internal combustion engines.
Consult a local agency responsible for usage of this type of equipment.
