Disconnect fan when moving from one location to

This appliance has a 3-prong plug. To
reduce the risk of electrical shock, this

Your Maxx Air fan is shipped fully assembled. Enjoy the
powerful, cooling breeze that the fan will provide for virtually
any indoor application. There are no additional spare parts
shipped with this item.
Specications
Totally enclosed motor meets NEC 547-7 (2008) requirements for
use in Agricultural Areas. This unit has a 110-120 Volt A/C polarized
grounded plug. Do not remove grounding conductor from plug or
use with an extension cord.
Warning
To reduce the risk of re or electric shock, do not
use with any solid state speed control device. This
fan motor is equipped with an automatic reset
overload device. The fan may start unexpectedly.
Do not put any object through the grilles into the
blade or motor. This fan is designed for indoor
use only. Do not use to exhaust hazardous
chemicals or vapors. Unplug unit for storage,
when not in use or moving locations.
Installation
Minimum Attachment Requirements: 2x4
studding capable of supporting at least 50 lbs.
Use a 3/8” diameter x 2” long Lag Screw with at
washer (Fig.1 not included). Attach the fan to wall using the hole in
the wall bracket with the above mentioned lag screw.
Additional screws can be used to stabilize the wall mount if needed,
however they are not required.

Operating Instructions
1. Plug cord into a properly grounded receptacle.
2. Turn the knob on the fan to select the desired speed or turn the

User Servicing Instructions
Warning: Unplug the fan from electrical supply before
cleaning.
1. Use soft, damp cloth to clean the fan.
Remove any moisture with a clean, dry cloth.
2. Do Not use any cleaning solution that is
harmful to the paint or plastic.
3. Do Not bend blade when cleaning fan.
4. Motor is permanently sealed and does
not require additional lubrication.
5. Ensure all fan guards are reinstalled as
previously installed after cleaning.
