PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSES SOLUTIONS
• The ice made is too large and has
pieces sticking together.
• The water temperature in the
storage tray or ambient is too low.
• Stop the machine and reset the
ice-making cycle.
• Restart the machine after turning
it off.
• Conditions for ice-making cycle
are right but no ice is made.
• The refrigerant leaks and/or the
sealed system is blocked.
• Water pressure is not properly
set.
• Contact MAXX ICE Service
Department.
• The recommended water
pressure is 58 psi. Pressures
must not fall below 15 psi and
static pressure must not exceed
80 psi.
• The ice maker stops suddenly
while making ice.
• The electricity is off.
• The room temperature is out of
the stated range.
• Reconnect the power supply line.
• Cut off the electricity and let the
ice maker stop working until the
temperature returns within the
stated range.
• The body of the ice maker is
electried.
• The ground line is not in the
sockets.
• Use the correct plug and outlet.
• Scale builds up quickly inside the
machine.
• The calcium level in the water is
too high.
• Use a water-softening apparatus
installed in front of the water inlet
valve.
