Glass Ceiling Light Installation Guide

1. Ensure power has been switched off before starting installation.
2. If you are replacing an exisitng fixture, remove and
disconnect the old fixture first.
3. Expose the supply wires from the junction box.
4. Ensure approximately 1/2in of insulation is removed from
each wire.
5. Position the supply wires with the white wire (neutral) on
one side of the junction box and the black wire (hot) on the
other side of the junction box.
7. Fasten the mounting bar to the junction box using the
provided screws.
8. Tie the ground wire (green or bare copper) to the fixture
bar usng the green screw. Ensure to leave about 3” of
excess to connect the bare copper wire from the fixture
using the provided wire nuts.
9. Connect the white wire (neutral) from the fixture to the
white wire (neutral) from the junction box using the
provided wire nuts.
10. Connect the black wire (hot) from the fixture to the
black wire (hot) from the junction box using the
provided wire nuts.
11. Place the trim over the mounting bar, ensure that no
wires are pinched and install the two trim mounting screws.
12. Install the glass shade onto the socket and put the
rubber washer and socket mounting nut on the socket
and tighten until the glass shade can no longer move.
**Note: Ensure not to let go of the glass shade until secure**
13. Install the desird E26 light bulb (not provided).
14. The installation is now complete, restore power and
confirm functionality.

If you are unsure about the installation or the maintenance
of the wall light, please consult an electrician.
Do not make or alter any holes in the wiring enclosure or
modify any electrical componentry.
CAUTIONS
To insure personal safety, proper grounding of the
electrical fixture is required.
The fixture must be wired in accordance with the National
Electric Code and applicable local codes or ordinances.
• Turn off the main power at the circuit breaker before
installing the fixture.
