2.3 Assembly Details
Step 1: Find a level surface for your chiller
IMPORTANT: Allow the chiller to stand upright on a level surface for 20 minutes before starting. The fluid in
the compressor needs to settle. Failure to do so could result in irrevocable damage not covered under
warranty.
Step 2: Apply teflon tape
Wrap Teflon tape clockwise 3x around the threads of both the inlet/outlet of the plunge bath, chiller, and
valves.
Step 3: Connect your chiller to your plunge
IMPORTANT: Make sure the gasket is properly in place on your hose before connecting.
Connect the “INLET” on your chiller to the “OUT” on your plunge bath with a quick-connect hose.
Connect the “OUTLET” on your chiller to the “IN” on your plunge bath with a quick-connect hose.
Hand tighten only.
NOTE: Once the hoses are attached you may fill your cold plunge bath.
