Please include a copy of your sales receipt showing date of purchase as this will

serve as proof of purchase.

Warranty will be VOID if the following warranty card is not mailed back

within 60 days of purchase date along with proof of purchase.

**Serial number (S/N) is located on the sauna’s front panel, rear panel, or on the

carton.**
